Asymptotic Hodge theory via WKB-analysis and Donaldson–Thomas theory

ALGEBRAIC GEOMETRY AND NUMBER THEORY SEMINAR

Date: October 13, 2022 | 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Speaker: Szilard Szabo, Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Alfred Renyi Institute of Mathematics, Budapest
Location: Heinzel Seminar Room (I21.EG.101), Office Building West
Language: English

In the first part I will discuss about the Geometric variant of the P=W conjecture and its relationship to the original cohomological P=W conjecture. I will also introduce Donaldson–Thomas theory as a framework arising in various problems of Mathematical Physics, and point out its relevance to the aforementioned conjectures in some parabolic cases.

In the second part, I will give more detail on some ingredients and parts of the proofs.
