Praktikum Bestückung Büroküchen und Room Setup

Your Responsibilities
Lerne den Arbeitsalltag in der Verwaltung eines Forschungsinstituts kennen und arbeite in einem unserer Kernbereiche mit. Die Unit Campus Services verwaltet sehr viele Dienstleistungen am ISTA, beispielsweise die Apartments, das Gästehaus und unser Café/Pub. Dieses Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit das Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft zu begleiten und tatkräftig mit anzupacken.
- Befüllung der Büroküchen am Campus
- Unterstützung beim Auf-, Um- und Abbau von Bestuhlung und Tischen für Veranstaltungen
- Kontrolle und Bestückung von Seminarräumen
- Überprüfung von Lagerbeständen
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. der Bestellung von Produkten und Rechnungsablage
Your Profile
- Laufende Ausbildung im Bereich Tourismus oder Gastronomie von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Interesse an einer Mitarbeit in einem wissenschaftlichen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Institutssprache: Englisch)
- Serviceorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Motiviert unser internationales Team proaktiv zu unterstützen
