Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Windows System Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based systems and servers, as well as providing support to our team. - Participate in design, deployment and maintenance of IT systems and services – in particular Windows servers
- Provide 2nd-level and 3rd-level IT support for our users
- Respond to software and hardware outages
- Maintain and develop scripts for automated systems management
- Document configuration of servers, services and applications; provide end-user documentation
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as Windows System Administrator
- Profound knowledge of Windows server operating systems and applications (AD, Exchange, WSUS, ...)
- Experience with M365, Azure entra ID
- Experience with VMware virtualization is a plus
- Basic understanding of network principles: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible) and programming & scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Perl, etc.
- Used to work with IT service management and IT security frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, …)
- Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, ...)
