ISTA Alumni Award
The ISTA Alumni Award honors the outstanding achievements of members of our ISTA alumni community. Alumni represent ISTA as they continue on into their respective fields and are ambassadors for the Institute. Their work not only contributes meaningful impacts to their fields and professions, but also reflects back on the Institute as a place for world-class research and learning.
2026 Nominations are Open
Nominations are open for the 2026 ISTA Alumni Award through Tuesday, June 30!
The award is intended to honor recipients who have achieved or demonstrated at least one of the following:
- outstanding success in their professional, academic, and/or personal ventures
- outstanding leadership in their professional, academic, and/or personal ventures
- outstanding impact in their field through research, practice, and/or innovation
Nominations should include:
- nominator’s statement in support of the nominee (max. 500 words)
- nominee’s recent CV; up-to-date LinkedIn, website, or similar profile may be substituted
- nominee’s current email address or contact information
- optional: links to supporting materials such as articles, interviews, award announcements, etc.
Self-nominations are accepted. Nominations will be considered for 3 years (this year, plus the next two) and do not need to be resubmitted to be considered. However, nominations can be resubmitted if the nominator wants to provide updated materials.
